* Level of Service Key
LOS A = primarily free-flow operations at average travel speeds 
LOS B = reasonably unimpeded operations at average travel speeds
LOS C = represents stable conditions
LOS D = average travel speeds are about 40% of free-flow speed
LOS E = significant delays and average travel speeds of 1/3 or less of free-flow speed
LOS F = arterial flow at extrememly low speeds, from 1/3 to 1/4 of free-flow speeds

A public involvement program will continue throughout this study.  There will be project newsletters, meetings with interested parties and business owners along the corridor, as well as public workshops for the community at-large during this study.  It is Lee County's priority to keep the public informed and involved in the study process.
